Key Responsibilities :
Achieve Sales Targets
Responsible for achieving sales targets through both channel partners (distributors, dealers, SI) and direct clients (corporate customers).Partner Relationship Management
Maintain and develop strong relationships with channel partners to support mutual growth, enhance collaboration, and drive sales performance.Direct Sales Management
Identify and approach potential end customers, present product solutions, provide consultations, and manage the full sales cycle to close deals.Sales Support Coordination
Collaborate with Presales and back office teams to provide product support, technical advice, and after-sales services to customers and partners.Product Management
Gather and manage customer feedback, requirements, and product-related issues to continuously improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.Technical Understanding
Maintain a basic understanding of IT security products, especially access control, CCTV, and building security solutions, in order to communicate product benefits effectively.Sales Reporting & Market Monitoring
Prepare regular sales reports, monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and propose actionable insights to improve performance.
Qualifications:
At least 3-5 years of experience in managing Dealer/SI customer groups
Experience in B2B and managing major account customers in IT Security will be given special consideration
Good communication and negotiation skills, good personality
Ability to solve problems and manage customer relationships
Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Knowledge and understanding of the market and products related to IT Security
Base Salary: 30,000 - 50,000 THB
The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors.
