Key Responsibilities :
Provide troubleshooting, problem resolution, and usage guidance to customers using the company’s HR software.
Learn and understand HR management systems, payroll processing, time attendance, and labor law to effectively support customer inquiries.
Conduct user training sessions for HR management software.
Install and configure software for customers.
Prepare service quotations and related proposals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Service-minded, with a strong passion for supporting and assisting customers in software usage.
Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve issues via phone and remote desktop tools.
Knowledge of software systems, databases, and computer networks.
High sense of responsibility, creativity, and a professional appearance.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to understand customer needs clearly.
Excellent training and communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and conduct customer training sessions.
Candidates with experience in supporting HR software (HRM, Payroll, Time Attendance) and Microsoft SQL (Select Data) will be given special consideration.
Base Salary: 20,000 - 25,000 THB
The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors.
