Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide after-sales service, troubleshooting, and technical consultation for Access Control, Time Attendance, and Security Platform systems.

  • Support customers via phone, email, remote desktop, and onsite visits as assigned.

  • Perform annual hardware and software preventive maintenance.

  • Install and configure basic hardware/software systems, or collaborate with the installation team on project deployments.

  • Test and verify system readiness prior to project handover.

  • Prepare service-related documents, including site visit reports, issue logs, and service reports.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and technical partners both locally and internationally.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

  • Candidates with experience in Access Control, Time Attendance, or People & Security platforms will be given special consideration.
     

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or related fields.

  • 1–2 years of experience in Service, Technical Support, or Installation in electronic or IT systems.

  • Basic knowledge of networking, servers, databases (SQL), and Windows systems.

  • Ability to read technical manuals (English) and perform software/hardware installation.

  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to drive with a valid driver’s license; willingness to travel upcountry occasionally.

Base Salary: 20,000 - 30,000 THB

The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors.
