Key Responsibilities :
Understand customer requirements and analyze business problems to propose suitable technology solutions.
Research, develop, design, and present security solutions to clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to support sales processes and successfully close deals.
Provide pre-sales consultation, including project analysis, technical communication, and solution design.
Respond to RFI/RFPs and assist the sales team in technical negotiations.
Install, configure, and customize security solutions to meet client needs.
Conduct system testing before deployment, oversee installation, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure project timelines are met.
Implement and commission building security systems, including Access Control, CCTV, and related security projects.
Provide user training, technical guidance, and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction after project go-live.
Perform industry and competitor analysis to stay updated on market trends.
Prepare technical documentation, delivery reports, and performance evaluations.
Manage internal team schedules efficiently to optimize project execution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience in designing and implementing technology solutions
Knowledge and understanding of relevant technologies such as networking, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, or enterprise software
Strong technical knowledge in electronics, electrical systems, computer systems, and IT infrastructure
Good presentation and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work well in a team and manage time effectively
Ability to learn new technologies quickly
Base Salary: 30,000 - 45,000 THB
The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors.
