Key Responsibilities :
Design, plan, and create Test Cases and Test Plans based on system requirements
Perform system testing, including Unit Testing and System Testing, to identify defects
Analyze test results and report detected issues (bugs) accurately and promptly
Coordinate with the programming team to resolve all identified defects
Summarize and document recurring issues to support future system improvements
Prepare user manuals and training materials for clients
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
At least 1–2 years of experience as a Software Tester
Experience in system analysis, software testing, defect identification, planning, and proposing solutions
Ability to create test-related documentation such as Test Cases and Test Scenarios
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with developers and cross-functional teams
Solid understanding of testing processes, quality assurance, and issue resolution
Experience with HR or personnel management systems is a plus
Base Salary: 20,000 - 30,000 THB
The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors.
