What is Compensation Leave?
Compensation leave is a type of paid time off granted to employees in exchange for hours worked beyond their standard schedule, such as overtime, weekend shifts, or on official holidays. Essentially, when an employee works additional hours, they earn corresponding leave hours to take at a later date.
